The house is located in an estate of 3000m2 with extensive gardens of cactus, palm trees and aloe vera plants. Casa Simba is located inside the estate but has been kept private with fences all around. It also has private car access.

Casa Simbad is located on the south west coast of Fuerteventura in the small village of Playa Ugan-Pajara. Just 3km from the house you will find the small area of La Pared and the closest touristic resort is Costa Calma (10km). Costa Calma is a nice resort where you will find shops, restaurants and where all the white sandy beaches from Fuerteventura begin.

- 2 bedrooms with two single beds (pushed together)
- Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, oven, combination freezer-fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine
- Living room with a comfortable sofa next to a small LCD television with satellite receiver, DVD player and a CD radio.
- Bathroom with shower
- The covered terrace has views over the garden and towards the sea and from here you can enjoy romantic sunsets.
- The house has a private pool of 4x6m and also a barbecue next to the patio
-Pets are accepted with a deposit of 300 euros to pay on arrival

Casa con encanto, muy cómoda y la piscina genial. Sin duda repetiremos
Estupendo lugar para una desconexión total, lleno de encanto y muchos detalles dignos de apreciar. Cama súper cómoda, y todo en general, estupendo. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiré.
Una casa maravillosa!hemos estado de maravilla,no faltava de nada en la casa.El anfitrion muy amable y la localizacion perfecta! Sin duda vamos a repetir!!la lastima es que no pudieramos alquilar la por mas dias!!
La zona inmejorable y los anfitriones muy atentos. Estuvimos como en casa con todo lo necesario para sentirnos tranquilos y relajados. La casa y alrededores espectaculares!
Traumhafte Unterkunft ! Wir haben vom 13.Juli bis zum 3.August unseren Urlaub in Casa Simbad verbracht. Das Haus , der Pool, die Lage, das Grundstück, einfach nur Perfekt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und war super sauber. Ein Danke hier an dieser Stelle an die "Putzfee". Eine kleine Anmerkung hätte ich wohl, bei einer Belegung mit 3 Personen wäre es toll wenn auch 3 Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären ;-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! B..B aus Mönchengladbach
