Pursuant Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, Riera Paez SL, hereinafter (Holidays2TheCanaries), with CIF B38904207, informs the User of the existence of a personal data file duly registered in the RGPD (General Data Protection Register) in which the data are stored and processed for the purpose of supplying the User with the requested services and of sending information about our company that may be of interest to the User.

TRANSMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA


Providing personal data is obligatory to contact and receive information on the services provided by (Holidays2TheCanaries). Not providing the personal information requested or not accepting this privacy policy means that it is impossible to register, log on or receive information about these services.

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 13, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of transmitting personal data, shall be incorporated into the file owned by (Holidays2TheCanaries) domiciled in C / Taoro no 151 Urb Sueño Azul (Callao Salvaje) 38678 -. Adeje - SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007.

Data accuracy and veracity

Users who transmit information to (Holidays2TheCanaries) have the sole responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided and exonerate (Holidays2TheCanaries) of any responsibility to this effect.

Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the precision, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them up to date as required. Users accept providing complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.

(Holidays2TheCanaries) is not responsible for the veracity of any information that it did not create, so it does not assume any responsibility, either, with respect to any hypothetical damage that might arise from the use of such information. (Holidays2TheCanaries) is also exonerated from liability for any harm or damage that the User may experience as the result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by (Holidays2TheCanaries) provided the source of said information is not (Holidays2TheCanaries) itself.

Transferring data to third parties

(Holidays2TheCanaries) shall not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if they are transferred to any third party, information will be given about this prior to the data collection, requesting the express consent from the party in question under Art. 6 LOPD.

Exercise rights: Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

Communications can be addressed and the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition exercised by ordinary mail sent to: C / Taoro no151 Urb. Sueño Azul (Callao Salvaje) 38678 -. Adeje - SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, or by email: maria@holidays2thecanaries.com with a photocopy of Identity Card and indicating the subject "Data Protection".

Acceptance and Consent

The User declares he is aware of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the computerized processing of such data by (Holidays2TheCanaries), in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

(Holidays2TheCanaries) reserves the right to modify the current policy to adapt to new legislation or case law as well as to industry practices. In such cases (Holidays2TheCanaries)shall announce on this page these changes with reasonable notice of its implementation.

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 13, on Personal Data Protection, the User provides the express consent for the inclusion of their personal data in the Riera Paez SL automated file, and that they can be transferred to the owners of accommodation facilities to be able to manage the use of the accommodation.

In this sense, User will be given a period of 30 days to express, in writing, their refusal to the processing of their data. If at the end of this period the User has not indicated their disapproval, it will be assumed that the User gives their consent to the processing of personal data as stated above. Furthermore, we inform you that you may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition addressing to Riera Paez SL C / Taoro no 151 Urb Sueño Azul (Callao Salvaje) 38678 - Adeje - SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE.; or by sending an e-mail to maria@holidays2thecanaries.com
